Our mobile applications permit students to follow the courses on their smart phones.  The application not only demonstrates the exercises, but also calculates the times of effort and of rest during the execution of the assigned exercises.

Trainers can easily construct their own sessions and create new exercises and gestures, but they can also base their sessions on our extensive database of exercises.
